From bean to bar, in women's hands
At the Guapi plant, a team of women trained as chocolate-making technicians receives the fermented, dried cacao. This is where the transformation begins, turning the harvest into a product with identity.

We roast, winnow, grind and conch the cacao until we reach the texture and flavor of each product. The melted chocolate is tempered and molded by hand, bar by bar.

We operate with INVIMA food-safety registration and good manufacturing practices. Every batch is controlled to ensure consistent quality and traceability from the farm to the packaging.
